British Muslims are changing some basics of Islam, according to "update" on marriages. Men and women are no longer to be treated as mentioned in Quran and teachings of Muhammad's time.
Is this valid?

Can a Muslim d onate organs?
What about blood or tissues?
What does it say in Islam?
Good Questions.
Most mainstream religions either
support organ donation as an “act of charity” or leave each individual
to decide for himself or herself. While some lay members have worried
about desecrating the body before burial, these concerns are alleviated
when they learn that donation allows for open casket funerals and will
not delay funeral arrangements. Also, there are no costs to donor
families for donation.
One donor can save up to nine lives
through organ donation and enhance the lives of 50 people through
tissue donation. These are saintly statistics when one considers that
20 people die each day waiting for a life-saving organ transplant,
amounting to 8,000 unnecessary deaths each year.
Simple answer: Donation of organs/tissue etc. - Fulfills the priority of saving human
life.
ISLAM - The religion of Islam strongly believes in the principle of saving human lives. According to A. Sachedina in Transplanting Proceedings,
“The majority of the Muslim scholars, belonging to various schools of
Islamic law, have invoked the principle of priority of saving human
life and have permitted the organ transplant as a necessity to procure
that noble end.”
What About Other Faiths?
Detailed answer: Everything in Islam is . . .
